Why visit

Why Visit Marsa Alam Tours

Marsa Alam is one of the top diving destinations on the Egyptian Red Sea — a quieter, wilder coastline where reefs remain pristine and marine life thrives. Its waters host dugongs, sea turtles, spinner dolphins, hammerhead sharks, and oceanic whitetips. Unlike busier resorts further north, it offers the Red Sea at its most untouched. It is also one of the few places in the world where you can snorkel with wild sea turtles and dugongs directly from the shore.

When to travel

October to May — Best Visibility & Marine Life

Marsa Alam is a year-round diving destination, but the best months for optimal visibility, calm seas, and marine life are from October to May. Sea temperatures range between 22°C and 28°C, with visibility often exceeding 30 metres. Summer is very hot on land but the sea remains warm and diving conditions are still excellent in the early morning. Spring and autumn offer the most reliable dugong and dolphin encounters.
