Cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible through WhatsApp or email.

Cancellation charges and refund eligibility depend on the tour, service, booking conditions, and time of cancellation.

If a specific cancellation policy is displayed on the tour page or included in your booking confirmation, that policy will apply.

Any non-refundable amounts already paid to suppliers may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

We will do our best to accommodate requests to change your booking, including travel dates, number of travelers, pickup location, or selected services.

Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional costs from hotels, transportation providers, activity operators, or other suppliers.

Significant changes may be treated as a cancellation and new booking.

Hotel pickup and drop-off are included only when stated in the relevant tour or booking confirmation.

Pickup times may vary depending on hotel location, traffic, route, and operational conditions.

Travelers must be ready at the confirmed pickup point at the agreed time.

Failure to be available at the agreed time may result in the loss of the service or additional transportation costs.

Some services may be provided by independent suppliers, including hotels, drivers, boat operators, activity providers, and transportation companies.

We carefully select our partners, but their services may be subject to their own availability, operating conditions, schedules, and rules.

Travelers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including their name, travel dates, hotel details, number of travelers, and children's ages where applicable.

Travelers must follow reasonable instructions from guides, drivers, hotels, activity providers, and other service operators.

Travelers are also responsible for complying with local laws, safety rules, and site regulations.

Special requests are welcome and will be handled according to availability.

Some activities may have specific age, health, fitness, or safety requirements.

Travelers should inform us of any relevant requirements before booking so that we can determine whether the requested service is suitable.

Travelers are responsible for having valid passports, visas, permits, insurance, and other documents required for their journey.

We may provide general information, but travelers should verify requirements applicable to their nationality with the relevant official authorities.

Hurghada To Go is not responsible for losses resulting from missing or invalid travel documents.

Tours or services may occasionally be changed, delayed, or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, strikes, or other extraordinary events.

Where possible, we will work with you to arrange a reasonable alternative.

We use reasonable care when arranging and providing our services.

However, we are not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control or for losses caused by a traveler's own actions, incorrect information, or failure to follow applicable rules.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Information may be shared with relevant service providers when necessary to arrange and deliver your booked services.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date.

However, tour descriptions, images, availability, schedules, and prices may occasionally change.
