Are there any extra fees on top of the listed price?
No. The price we quote on WhatsApp or on the website includes hotel pickup and drop-off, transportation, guide fees, and any entry tickets listed in the tour description. Optional extras (like a professional photo package or a specific restaurant lunch upgrade) are always mentioned clearly before you book — never added on the day.
Do I need to pay in advance, or can I pay on the day?
Most of our tours can be booked with a small deposit or confirmed via WhatsApp with payment on the day in cash (USD, EUR, or Egyptian Pounds) or by card. Longer trips like overnight Luxor tours may require a deposit to hold guide and transport availability.
Should I print a receipt or confirmation to show my guide?
No printing needed. Once you book, we send your confirmation and guide's contact number directly on WhatsApp — just show that on your phone if asked. Your guide will already have your name and hotel on their pickup list.
How much does a private tour cost compared to a group tour?
Private tours cost more per person than joining a shared group, since you get a dedicated vehicle and guide with a flexible schedule. For exact pricing, message us your tour and group size on WhatsApp — we'll send a same-day quote.

What should I bring on a desert safari or day trip?
Comfortable closed shoes, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and a light scarf or cover-up. For desert trips, bring a light jacket for the evening even in summer — temperatures drop fast after sunset. Bottled water is provided on all our tours.
What time of year is best to visit Hurghada?
October to April offers the most comfortable temperatures for sightseeing and desert trips, with warm days and cool evenings. May to September is hotter (often 35°C+) but still excellent for Red Sea snorkeling and diving, since the water stays warm year-round.
Is it hot enough in winter to still enjoy boat trips and snorkeling?
Yes. Winter daytime temperatures in Hurghada typically stay around 22–25°C, and the Red Sea rarely drops below 22°C, so snorkeling and boat trips run comfortably all year. We recommend a wetsuit top for winter snorkeling if you feel the cold easily.
